Chelsea's new recruit Alejandro Garnacho has shown Enzo Maresca his intentions early on after arriving from Manchester United at the weekend.
The Argentine was in the stands atStamford Bridge on Saturday as the Blues beat Fulham 2-0. This was prior to Chelsea officially announcing his £40m arrival.
At the beginning of the summer transfer window, Garnacho informed United that he wished to leave the club. This decision was made after a tumultuous relationship with his former manager, Ruben Amorim.

After announcing his intentions, Garnacho was labelled as being part of the 'bomb squad' at Old Trafford and was instructed to train away from the main group. The winger conducted an individual training regime at United's Carrington training ground as he pursued a move away.
Garnacho's intention was always to stay in the Premier League, and Chelsea was his dream destination. Unsurprisingly then, the 21-year-old is eager to make a good impression for his new head coach.
Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, Garnacho shared an image of himself training, followed by the caption: "Straight to work." Chelsea are currently in the midst of the first international break of the season.

Having not played a competitive match this season, Garnacho was left out of the Argentina squad, so he will have been required to report to training. Maresca will be hoping that the forward is not too far off the pace and will be up to speed in time for the Premier League to return on Saturday, September 13, when the Blues visit Brentford in an 8pm kick-off.
