Samosa is made for breakfast in many homes. You can also try it for breakfast. This new dish will be liked by all the members of the house, especially the children. Everyone will like its taste and will never forget it. It is very easy to make. It can also be made and eaten as a snack during the day. It can also be kept in a tiffin. Before serving, add tomato ketchup and finely chopped sev on top.

Ingredients
Flour – 1 cup
Semolina – 1/4 cup
Boiled potatoes – 3
Boiled peas – 1/4 cup
Onion finely chopped – 1
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Tomato ketchup – 4 tsp
Dry mango powder – 1/2 tsp
Chopped coriander – 2 tbsp
Finely chopped sev
Oil
Salt – as per taste
Method – First of all, take a vessel and sift the flour into it. After this, add semolina, salt as per taste, and 2 tsp oil and mix it well.
- Now take lukewarm water and knead this dough a little hard. After this, make equal balls of dough. Then roll each ball into a thin puri and pierce it with the help of a fork.
- Now, take a pan and heat oil in it on medium flame. When the oil is hot, press the rolled puris in tongs and fry them well till they become golden brown.
- After the puris become crispy, take them out on a plate and keep them aside to cool. Now take boiled potatoes, peel them and cut them into pieces.

- Now heat some oil in a separate pan. Add cumin seeds and temper it. After this, add the onion and fry till it becomes golden.
- After this, add mashed potatoes and boiled peas and fry. After this, add all the remaining spices and salt to this mixture and fry and then turn off the gas.
- After the masala cools down, fill it carefully in the taco cell so that the samosa does not break. Taco samosas are ready.
