Qadri has been directed to submit a written reply, along with documentary evidence in triplicate, either in person or through his legal representative, before the divisional commissioner’s court at 11 am on August 25. The notice warns that failure to appear or submit a reply on the stipulated date will result in ex-parte action as per the law.

The letter claims Qadri has promoted ‘love jihad’ by funding and encouraging youths of a particular community for such activities.
