An held down their young children and while they were gagged and blindfolded, before scrubbing their skin so hard it peeled off.
Megan Farr, 29, and stepdad Gunner Farr, 25, were accused of using a staple to create the DIY body art on the youngsters, who were aged just five and nine. An affidavit showed the minors were “blindfolded” with a rag and “gagged” with tape before the sick couple inked them.
Later, the Farrs, from Zavalla, Texas, allegedly made such vigorous attempts to remove the body art the kids' "flesh was removed".

Interim Chief James Denby of the Zavalla Police Department told KTRE: "It appeared the flesh was removed from the body at the tattoo's location.
"This happened about the time CPS [Child Protection Services] became involved.
“Someone came forward and turned in a tattoo kit that she claimed was loaned to Gunner to perform tattoos.
She didn’t know it was going to be performed on a child.
“There were visible injuries on the child at the specific location of the tattoo.”
The mother has pleaded guilty to charges of unlawful restraint of a child and injury to a child and is expected to be sentenced in May.
Meanwhile, Gunner Farr pleaded guilty in March and was sentenced to five years in jail.
The children's biological father allegedly first became aware of what had happened when he saw his kids in April 2023.
When he asked about their injuries, Megan Farr allegedly just laughed before driving off.
He and his partner then contacted CPS (Child Protection Services), who began an investigation into Megan and Gunner.
During this probe, the affidavit stated that Megan and Gunner scraped the kids' skin with lemon juice in an attempt to remove the body art.
The children were subsequently taken away from Megan Farr.
