According to Anushka, doing some simple facial exercises daily tones the facial muscles and makes the face look more youthful and clear. Exercises especially focusing on the jaw, cheeks and neck improve blood circulation and tighten the skin. If you do these exercises for 10 to 15 minutes every day, then gradually the shape of the face starts looking better and the muscles also become stronger.
