Channel 4 viewers who tuned in to watch Can't Sell Must Sell were less than impressed with a homeowner's bizarre collection. This week, Scarlette Douglas and her brother Stuart were in Kent rescuing two properties that have been on the market for a long time. Firstly, in Margate, they visited a four-bedroom house that isn't being bought by potential buyers. 68-year-old retired cleaner Gail, who has lived there for 36 years, adores her home, but her collections have taken over each room. She has a collection of very life-like dolls, which has made her home very cluttered, according to her children. But due to her health condition, she is desperate to sell.
Despite listing her property for seven months, she has only had four viewings and zero offers. Scarlette invited some local property enthusiasts to see why the house wasn't being snatched up, and they described it as "busy" and that there was "no space."
Gail wasn't impressed by their opinions and thought they were being "rude". When it was time to start redecorating the flat, Scarlette had a look at the life-like dolls.
The homeowner then told Scarlette about two special dolls and said: "They're Ronnie and Reginald Kray." However, viewers watching at home were left horrified by the collection.
One person commented on X: "Gah f***ing hate dolls #cantsellmustsell." Another person also echoed on X: "Look like dead babies!"
A third also similarly said: "Tbf I'd never buy that house in case the dolls came back #CantSellMustSell." A fourth also chimed in: "There's a hotel in Broadstairs that's full of porcelain dolls and lots of lace, my parents say it's lovely (apparently the rooms aren't dated, just the hallways etc) but it's my idea of hell #cantsellmustsell."

Scarlette was keen to restore the home to its former glory. After the transformation, Gail liked some of the differences and jokingly asked whether Scarlette and Stuart would like to move in with her. Two months later, she is enjoying de-cluttering and is hopeful of a potential buyer.
Elsewhere in the episode, Nicky is trying to sell her house, which used to belong to her parents. She inherited the property after her father died, and a few months later, she put it on the market. But 18 months later, there hasn't been any interest. There have only been 12 viewings.
Fighting back tears, she exclaimed that it's been a difficult 18 months and that "everything is starting to hold me back." Two months after Stuart's incredible transformation, the house has attracted more viewings and a possible buyer.
