Elizabeth Hurley told to 'run' as she goes public with new boyfriend

British model and actress , 59, appears to have launched her new relationship with American country singer Billy Ray Cyrus, 63, on social media.

The mum-of-one shared a photo of the two of them with her 3.1 million Instagram followers with the caption: "Happy Easter". In the snap, the couple look happy and relaxed as they posed for the camera. Wearing green bunny ears, Billy can be seen planting a kiss on Liz's beaming cheek.

Billy, who is the 'estranged' father of pop singer Miley Cyrus, 32, finalised his divorce from his second wife, Firerose, 36, in August 2024. The couple were married for just seven months before the 'Achy Breaky Heart' singer filed for divorce.

Under the photo of the supposed couple, Liz's fans had mixed opinions about the new relationship. One user wrote: "Oh, who else totally did not have this one on their 2025 bingo card?" Another person added: "Is anyone else wondering why she's not seeing the [red flag emoji]." And a third user warned: "You better run girl."

However, not everyone was upset by the love match. One follower gushed: "So miley Cyrus could end up with Liz as a step mum...love it!" Another user added enthusiastically: "Beautiful you Oh yessssssssssss Elizabeth Happy Easter." And someone else penned: "Whatever makes you happy!"

Before his divorce from Firerose, real name Johanna Rosie Hodges, Billy Ray was married to Tish Cyrus for 28 years. The former couple share five children: daughters Miley, Noah and Brandi, and sons Trace and Braison. The singer also has a son, Christopher Cody, with ex-partner Kristen Luckey.

Billy Ray's relationships with his children have attracted attention following his performance at President Trump's inauguration. Following his performance, Billy Ray's son Trace Cyrus, 35, said that he "barely recognises" him. He posted: "Sadly, the man that I wanted so desperately to be just like I barely recognize now. It seems this world has beaten you down and it's become obvious to everyone but you. [...] Me and the girls have been genuinely worried about you for years but you've pushed all of us away."

Bedazzled actress Liz, who shares son Damian, 23, with American businessman Steve Bing, has had several high-profile relationships over the years. Her most famous being Bridget Jones star Hugh Grant, with whom she was with for 13 years.

After their split, she confessed she found her former flame's grumpiness "annoying" but rated him a solid 10/10 for his performance in the bedroom. Speaking to TV presenter Andy Cohen back in 2015, "Well, he remains my best friend to this day, but - I'd say this if I were sitting here - but he used to really annoy me, actually. I mean, I love him, but he's very annoying. Did he annoy you when he was here?"

Andy claimed he wasn't annoyed by the Notting Hill star, but noted that viewers "thought he was very cranky." "He is! My friends used to call him Grumplestiltskin," Liz confessed. Andy then asked what Hugh was like in bed. He asked: "Tell us, on a scale of 1 to 10, how good was Hugh Grant in the sack?" A shocked Elizabeth respond: "Oh, really?! Ten! I was with him for 13 years."
