Prayagraj: At least six people, including five devotees and one biker, sustained injuries after they were hit by an out-of-control SUV near Block Crossing under the limits of Mauaima police station on Thursday afternoon.The incident, according to police, occurred when a group of devotees was taking idol of Goddess Durga for immersion.
Police said that four out of the six people were admitted to SRN hospital for treatment, while two others only required first aid. Police have detained the errant driver, who was going to deliver the vehicle to its owner after repair and service work.tnn
