The Haryana government has initiated the online admission process for undergraduate (UG) courses in government colleges for the academic year 2025–26. Education Minister Mahipal Dhanda announced the launch of the centralised online portal on Monday, aiming to streamline college admissions across the state.
Approximately 1.86 lakh students who have cleared the Class 12 examinations this year are eligible to apply for various UG courses. To facilitate the process, SMS alerts containing the portal link have been sent to all eligible students. The admission portal, accessible at admissions.highereduhry.ac.in, became operational on May 19, earlier than last year's June 3 start, to prevent delays and inconvenience.
