He wrote, “Yesterday was world’s health day, And I was thinking what to write and post, Everybody knows how important it is to take care of one’s health, my mother always told me “भगवान से अगर कुछ अपने लिए माँगो तो सिर्फ़ अच्छी सेहत माँगो” if you have to ask something from God, ask for good health only, rest everything you can achieve. So this post is for those wonderful souls who helps me keeping my health in check.
First my mother- with her tremendous knowledge of traditional recipes, benefits of spices, and forever eager to learn new things keeps my health in check. My wife @ridhiography All the healthy baking items, from home made breads to sugarless cookies and healthy mouth watering deserts satisfies my sweet tooth. @krushmi.chheda my sports nutritionist, from monitoring my body stats and helping me with wonderful diet chart that includes many option of food items and its proportions, keeping my food intake in check while I am home or when I am out for shoot. And @coach_akkisurve who comes from long distance early morning to train me and ridhi, who makes sure that I push my limits to an extent where I don’t get injured by doing any wrong form. So thank you, all of you for what I have achieved in terms of my health is because of all of you.”
